Ordered product on 6/4/2020. Credit card charged and shipping status showing as shipped since June 5.
Post office tracking shows label created but no package received for shipping seven days later. When questioned, customer representative hung up on us.
Not only are order fulfillment times ridiculous (still waiting), but there is ZERO communication from them.
No acknowledgement of order received, no invoice sent, nothing!
Yes, you can navigate their website and eventually find your invoice, and a commitment to ship that is not met.
After a week of their not meeting their own written commitment to fulfill the order I called customer service, only to have them hang up on me.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
Oh yea, and then they surveyed me. Morons!

Do not use this company. I ordered and on 3/21 the shipping label was printed. Fast forward to 4/23 and I still have not received the product and the tracking has no idea where it is. In the time I have been waiting for my order, I have received a golf club from FL in 3 days, 4 dozen golf balls from CY in 2 days, and other items from Amazon. After emailing and complaining, all they did was refund me my shipping cost plus an additional $3. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
They helped me know what I'm into and what I'm not and the customer service is better than a lot of other marijuana dispensaries I been too
I echo what other reviewers said... they charge your credit card immediately and then wait weeks to ship. Never dealt (in decades of using mail order) with a company that does that. (They use covid as an excuse for their shady practices.). Further, an item I just received is incredibly flimsy and poorly made and cannot be adjusted to fit. Had to call for return instructions and they don't provide a mailing label. Just a poor excuse for a company all around.
I was teaching a dance class to 6-9 year olds for my job during covid-19 and I seriously almost suffocated while wearing the adjustable sports mask. I haven't tried the gaiter I bought yet, but since it's made by the same company I can't imagine things will go any smoother. I was recommended this product by someone who saw an add online about a breathable, cooling mask for working out. I genuinely felt like I was suffocating while wearing this mask. I could not breath normally and at one point, at all. I am returning this product and getting my money back as soon as I can. This was a traumatic experience. I cannot believe I was fooled by this company.
THEY TAKE YOUR ORDER... A FEW DAYS LATER THEY CREATE THEIR OWN SHIPPING LABEL. NINE DAYS LATER IT NEVER TRACKS BECAUSE IT NEVER LEFT THEIR WEARHOUSE. WHEN I CALLED THEY LIED AND BLAMED THE USPS. I TOLD THEM I KNEW THEY DID THIS JUST TO CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD. THEY WOULDN'T LET ME CANCEL. NEXT DAY PRODUCTS FINALLY LEAVES AND PO SCANS IT IN. SAME CITY. IT TOOK 10DAYS JUST TO SHIP IT. WORST PART... THEY LIE.
Order label was created on 8/4. Ten days and still not shipped. I expected a slow down but this is ridiculous.
This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I ordered three gaiters and was supposed to get a fourth one for free.
I only received one item.
I've emailed the company several times and only get an automated response.
There are much better companies that you can get a similar item from.
Called in rather than using their website to assure items I wanted were in stock and after changing some choices and being told they were available to ship and would go out in "up to 10 business days" placed the order. Checked status a couple days later it shows none were in stock and ship date maybe 6 weeks later. Totally just a ploy to get orders and keep putting people off. They should suspend taking orders and/or tell people up front when items are not available rather than be deceptive. People don't like being lied to.
I ordered on 27th and nothing shipped, told it takes 2 weeks and no refunds! I do not recommend this company at all, Was hung up on when asking for refund since the package was still at the facility not the post office!
Never rcd order. For weeks, tracking said waiting on item. Ruined a birthday surprise. Should've sent replacement like Amazon. They admit accountability. Caused unnecessary stress and anxiety.

Ordered 3 neck gaiters. Took several weeks for them to ship. Finally received them and they're really uncomfortable. Got an RMA for 2 (wasn't going to make them eat the opened one) and shipped them back at my expense. They received them 2 1/2 weeks ago but no credit. I called them and was told they did get them but would not issue a refund since I paid with a check which bounced. I have the PayPal receipt. She didn't want the PayPal transaction number and hung up on me. I filed a dispute with PayPal.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE
